We provide a nationwide service throughout the UK and we aim to offer a personal service to any patient travelling, by making every effort to get to know each individual and their needs. Our staff adapt to the needs of each patient being transferred, and work hard to make our services as reliable, friendly and professional for every patient travelling. To ensure we provide a more customised service we supply a range of options, as we believe requirements differ for each patient travelling. This includes 1 and 2 manned ambulances and ambucars, that are all equipped with appropriate support amenities. For any individual requests, we create a transfer plan so that everyone involved is aware of the transfer details and process.
Non Emergency patient transport services are for people who need to travel to or from hospital, attend medical appointments, transfers to and from care homes and a host of other services but are unable to travel without support.
Ambuserv Limited offer excellent, comprehensive Non Emergency patient transport to numerous healthcare providers, such as NHS primary contract holders, NHS trusts, private healthcare organisations as well as private customers. We provide our services throughout the UK, utilising a fleet of fully equipped ambulances with flexibility to carry a combination of patients;
Walking patients- seated (C1/C2)
Wheelchair assisted patients- seated (A1/A2)
Wheelchair bound patients- secured (WC1/WC2)
Stretcher patients (STR)
Bariatric patients (BAR)
The ambulances have enough available space to carry personal equipment and effects such as luggage, zimmer frames, spare personal wheelchairs etc.
For assisted transfers, all our ambulances are equipped with a wheelchair, carry chair and stretcher (bariatric equipment available if required).
Our company can offer singular journeys for patients, and when arranged, can work on a short-term basis to support during demanding times or on a long term contract. We can offer multiple Non Emergency patient transport services:
