Bariatric Services
At Ambuserv Limited we offer a full compliment of Bariatric services throughout the UK, including a fully equipped Bariatric ambulance to enable us to provide stretcher and wheelchair transfers. Depending on requirements we can provide experienced 2 and 4 manned crews to assist with the transfer.
With our Bariatric Transfers we require a full risk assessment to be carried out prior to the transfer. This can be arranged with the management team and will be carried out by our experienced crew members. If you require more detailed information, please don't hesitate to contact us via email or call.
We currently assist Bariatric services for NHS Primary contract holders, NHS Trusts, Private Health Organisations and Private Customers.
The Bariatric services we provide include: hospital to hospital transfers, hospital discharges, home to hospital/clinics for appointments, airport transfers, repatriation, home to care/nursing homes and other residential facilities throughout the UK.
We are proud to provide Bariatric ambulances that are maintained to a very high standard and are fully equipped with:
Bariatric stretcher
Bariatric wheelchair
Winch, to support safe loading and unloading of a patient
Piped Oxygen
and a host of other support equipment to enable transport where difficulties may exist.
We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, and we are always happy to provide a quote, or further information if required. Normally we respond to enquiries and bookings within hours of receiving.
